Over the next month, I am going to be sharing questions and answers between me and 27 other women who have their own stories about Heart Health and how it’s affected their life and what they are doing about it.
Each story is different, every story matters. The goal of this whole project is to get you thinking about Heart Health and what you can do to prevent strokes, disease, heart attacks and more. There are so many risk factors we can learn and signs we can watch for.
Shanna is such a beautiful, wonderful woman who has been a friend for a couple years now. I took her daughters senior pictures 2 years ago and have been getting my lash extensions from her ever since! She’s a crazy talented esthetician and has recently started a photography business as well! A woman of many talents. She has a huge heart and a wonderful family and I’m so glad our paths crossed. Thank you Shanna for being so amazing and for sharing your story.
